REFUNDS
AUDIO PERFORMANCE CONSULTING SL, hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY, guarantees the Customer the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and free of charge, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, the Customer must wait until the order has been received in order to process the return.
The Customer shall have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the good or from the formalisation of the purchase if it is a service to terminate the contract. The Customer shall notify the COMPANY within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of their wish to exercise their right to terminate the contract or return the product.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued by THE COMPANY, and the Customer shall be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The Customer may return any item purchased from THE COMPANY as long as the products retain their original packaging and the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included where applicable, otherwise the goods will suffer a depreciation. The Customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
If a product other than the one ordered by the Customer is delivered by mistake by THE COMPANY, the correct product will be delivered, with the first one being collected, at no additional charge to the Customer.
If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, THE COMPANY will take charge of collecting it from the customer's home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.

The Customer may return the product to our physical offices or by means of a parcel delivery company.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of any order will be accepted as long as it has not been sent. In the event that it has been sent, you should wait to receive it and proceed to return it, provided that it complies with the conditions explained above. To cancel your order, please contact us by email at info@qualitysoundcables.com indicating your full name, ID number and order number and indicate the reason for the cancellation/return. Your query will be dealt with within 48 hours.
